We are looking for a SAP HR Module Consultant to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or Computer Science departments
• More than 2 years of experience in SAP HR module (PA, PY, TM)
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration
• Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central module and integration between SAP is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills
• Strong analytical, incident-resolution, and problem-solving skills
• High-quality decision-making skills
• Good written and verbal communication in the English language

Requirements:

• Analyze malfunctions and requests related to corporate business systems and applications received through the service desk
• Provide end-user support or direct to the relevant people when necessary
• Follow the resolution process of the directed records
• Report failures and requests periodically
• Track the contracts made with suppliers and perform related activity reconciliations
• Perform activity reconciliations with in-group companies
