For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Financial Controlling Specialist’to be based in Yıldırım Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar departments,
• Minimum 3 years of experience, in which 2 year of experience in a related position or in an audit company is highly preferred,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel), SAP is a plus,
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Communication and presentation skills, compliance with ethical principles,
• A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments,
• Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad.

Requirements:

• Reviewing quarterly financial statements of Subsidiaries to prepare quarterly reports for the management team
• Ensuring accuracy of financial statement and proper accounting policies are applied,
• Controlling and following monthly/quarterly closing processes of Subsidiaries,
• Analyzing financial results monthly/quarterly and overseeing all financial control activities
• Implementing and continuously improving financial controls,
• Recommending changes to improve financial controls,
• Ensuring the coordination between Accounting Department of Subsidiaries and Financial Controlling, Department and other departments of Holding,
• Improving accounting systems of Subsidiaries.
