QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture faculties.
• To have sufficient knowledge of English to communicate verbally, written and visually, conduct international literature research and provide technical training in a multinational organization,
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or related fields, preferably in related sectors (plastic pipes or construction materials),
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Detailed, analytical, initiative and multi-tasking skills developed,
• Have strategic thinking and planning skills,
• Highly motivated, result-oriented
• Prone to teamwork
• No travel restriction
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Preferably resident in European side of İstanbul (Office is at İstanbul/Kağıthane)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maximizing the global sales and consolidated margin performance of the respective product range within delegated products/product ranges.
• Translating market demands into innovative product offerings and services in collaboration with Segment Management, Marketing, Sales Organizations, and R&D/Production/Procurement teams to seamlessly.
• Spearhead the definition of the product range, encompassing both internal production and external procurement options.
• Effectively manage the entire product life cycle, from conceptual ideation to eventual phase-out, ensuring continuous optimization and market relevance.
• Conceptualize and develop comprehensive product strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Spearhead product promotion and market penetration strategies, ensuring effective customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Support Q Management in their front-end complaint management services as backup for unclear issues
