Process Control Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering,
• Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System,
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Customer Complaint Management
• Ability to use measuring instruments and test equipment (caliper, micrometer, pimeter, etc.)
• Both verbal and written skills in English,
• At least 3 years of experience in the field,
• Strong problem solving and reporting skills,
• Able to adapt to teamwork, take responsibility and manage a team,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Analytical thinking and representation skills,
• Reside or will be able to reside close to the location of the affiliated workplace.
• Completed military service (for male candidates),
• Able to drive an active vehicle and no travel restrictions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To coordinate the team (Resource, Entrance Control and Process Control Personnel) reporting to them.
• Lead in their area of responsibility in relation to EMS (HSE, Environment and Quality) when necessary, also, implement and enforce the requirements of EMS (HSE, Environment and Quality) and to make the necessary reports.
• Organizing input, production processes and final controls, ensuring that relevant records are kept, identify training needs to improve the competencies of control staff, managing the non-conforming product control process.
• Performing the final controls of the presses, reporting, ensuring that nonconformities are eliminated, control the packaging and loading processes while the product is being shipped.
• In charge of the preparation and revisions of product control plans.
• Responsible for all laboratory activities.
• Maintains current knowledge of the daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators; creates reports; decides upon and implements corrective measures for any deviations.
• Accompanies customer field visits.
• Conducts on-site inspections in the event of a customer complaint and facilitates the implementation of necessary actions.
