We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for providing great customer engagement on both the conversation and the excellent service, in all encounters that customers have with the Customer Engagement Center.

As Sales Assistant to Key Account Manager (DKAM) you will be required to work inDutch and English Language.

Key areas of responsibility 

• Support customer and dealer inquiries in direct coordination with the Key Account Managers  
• Creation and evaluation of sales analyses and reports  

• Creation of condition sheets  

• Involvement in the acquisition of new customers (B2B) by following up qualified B2B leads and guiding B2B prospects through the sales process.

• Preparation of order documents  

• Obtaining and creating offers to prospective B2B clients

• Data maintenance in Salesforce  

• Assistance in preparing for trade fairs  

• Creation of presentations using PowerPoint

• Creation of competitive analyses  

• Monitoring incoming orders 

• Participation in process design to ensure optimal support at all times.

Knowledge & Experience 

• C1+ Dutch language skills in spoken and written form. Our hiring process will include a language assessment via an external vendor.
• B2+ English language skills in spoken and written form  

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

• Very good understanding of the automotive industry  

• First experience in sales and dealing with customers (B2B and B2C)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Team player  

• High willingness for self-initiative  

• Friendly and professional appearance  

• Enjoy working in an agile and international environment. 

Work- and training hours:

• The training will be approximately 3 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM
• Our Customer Engagement Center is open from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM to 18.00PM.
