QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in technical field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study), Preferably Masters in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering,

· 3+ years’ experience  within the telecommunications or IT industry,

· Fluent in English,

· Theoretical and practical knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols, Linux system Strong capability to drive for results,

· Ability to learn effectively and quickly,

· Customer orientation,

· Good verbal and written communication skills,

· Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently,

· Stress tolerance,

· A flexible, positive and creative attitude to change.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Investigate issues and perform tasks to insure ZTE solutions continuous functioning within SLA terms. Answer to customer’s questions related with the ZTE products and solutions.

· Apply patches and upgrades ZTE products on our customers’ sites.

· Share knowledge by verbal and written communication (internal support meetings, training sessions, documentation

· Have a better understanding of switch and know some basic database commands.

· Participate to projects by installing, configure, tests and integrate the implemented solutions.
