We are looking for a team member who will work as a Corporate Communication Specialist to be appointed at Zorlu Holding Corporate Communications General Directorate. The ideal candidate should be purpose oriented, sensitive to social, environmental, cultural developments and transformations having high level of awareness. He/she should preferably be trained in areas such as sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship and has worked or continuing to participate in voluntary work, civil society seeking meaning in his/her work. Our best candidate should be thriving in a collaborative work environment, be excited to influence change, enjoying exploration, reading and new learnings.

Basic qualifications are;

·      Graduated from Social Sciences or Faculty of Communications

·      Preferably took courses in sociology, psychology, philosophy, anthropology or political sciences; participated in double major / minor programs

·      4-5 years’ of work experience,

·      Preferably with agency background,

·      Good command of English,

·      High written and verbal communication skills,

·      High ability of writing internal and external announcements and effective speech texts,

·      Develop and manage content and projects,

·      Project management, monitoring and reporting,

·      Prone to teamwork, initiative taker, innovative, aggressive, high level of resilience, agile

·      Ability to work in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, with coordination and organizational skills,

·      High media literacy following the global developments and megatrends

 

Job Description

·      Develop and deploy strategic communication plans objectives; in line with the corporate communication strategy that include media outreach, materials development, events and/or sponsorships to support company positioning to increase visibility

·      Act as the main contact for all communications related projects (Including projects with HR departments)

·      Leading regional and international summits and event organizations; and/ or representing the company in proper events, accompanying the leader in the field of event

·      Coordinating and executing corporate communication activities

·      Managing all related third party relationship (i.e. PR agencies, Digital agencies, Creative agencies, Sustainability agencies etc.)

·      Preparing/ writing texts; speeches of leaders in specific themes; official letters, bulletins, newsletters summarizing an internal event;

·      Working on the content of corporate web-sites and making sure that they are up-to-date

·      Managing internal communication tools (i.e. monthly magazines, e-bulletin, company portal, events etc)

·      Leading corporate social responsibility projects, employer branding projects, internal social communication and special day activities

·      Leading, coordinating leader communications; organizing and coordinating occasions in which a leader in a specific field representations exist

·      In order to strengthen the work engagement and motivation of the employees; creating, organizing and coordinating internal events

·      Managing projects in different fields, under the sustainability strategy; like entrepreneurship, gender equality, employee volunteer programs etc.
