Aftermarket Field Responsible/Engineer

For our location in Istanbul, we are looking for an IAM Field Responsible (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

·        Visit PC customers, retailers, and end customers in the field to increase brand awareness, give technical support and inform them about latest product related information

·        Collecting Market information while being in the field, preparing related reports based on Sales Core and report it to Sales Manager

·        Being active member in a global group of Field Engineers and prepare local activities and trainings in alignment together with them

·        Preparation, Organization, and Conducting of Trainings for customers and sales team about the technical advantages in the field of our product groups

·        Increase brand ZF brand awareness by distributing promotion Materials, performing activities on ZF social media channels and the handling of ZF Ticket System

Your profile:

·        University Degree in technical field

·        At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive sector in similar position

·        Very good oral and written language skills in Turkish and English

·        Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

·        Self-motivated personality with very good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain customer relationships
