C++ Developer - Unreal Engine

We are looking for Unreal Engine C++ Developers to join our rapidly growing international team based in ODTU Teknokent, Ankara and HQ Office, Izmir both.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Enhancing and maintaining Reality Engine, while creating new features 
• Responsible for performance of features 
• Responsible for tools that go along with features which are usable and appropriate for artists, broadcasters
• Keep your knowledge up-to date on current techniques, research, graphics data, hardware, etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Strong C++ knowledge and multi-threaded programming techniques 
• Experience in Unreal Engine  C++ programming is a Big Plus 
• Performance minded development and optimization skills 
• Result-oriented approach and thinking 
• Being innovative while thinking forward 
• Self-motivated and able to dive into a complex system with quick results 
• Must be able to communicate & work well with a team of similarly passionate & skilled individuals.
• Knowledge of DirectX and HLSL, compute shader experience is a plus 3D math, rendering algorithms, and data structures is a plus
• Experience in video programming is preferred
