ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer for its Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) Business Unit in Ankara region.
University degree (physics engineering, electrical and electronic engineering or similar fields)
Minimum 1 - 3 years field service experience in a high volume service
Preferably experienced in image analysis software
Knowledge of microscopy & analytical instruments a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Willing to travel frequently
No military obligation for male candidates
Valid driving licence and active driving experience
Providing the full range of installation services, preventive and corrective maintenance
Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems all while ensuring maximum communication and outstanding customer service
Providing technical assistance to the Service Manager and other reps for customer enquiries
Conducting on-site installations of designated Microscopy instruments
Provide world-class local support to customers
Responding promptly to Customer inquiries received directly via phone, e-mail or forwarded by other ZEISS departments
Performing necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner
Taking initiative in updating one’s own product & technical knowledge by attending training programs organized by the company
