QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Product Manager" to join our Marketing Department for the following responsibilities;·         

·         Bachelor’s degree in areas of Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Economics or Marketing Management major  

·         3-6 years PM experience

·         Fluency in English

·         Strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions,

·         Resilient and good at delivering under pressure

·         Good teamplayer, hardworking, dynamic and highly motivated personality

·         Good at basic financial skills and P&L understanding and analytical

·         Creative in problem solving and strong enough not to give up easily

·         Needs to have good interpersonal & influencing skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Manage  the product portfolio  with agreed strategies to realise the brand targets.

·         Lead the execution of the brand’s NPD’s and projects,

·         Identify new business opportunities for new products, launches, range extensions and propose initial plans to exploit these opportunities

·         Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets

·         Coordinate and manage all brand marketing activities with other departments and third partieswithin the brand guidelines

·         Lead the development of local artworks with the agency by  injecting consumer understanding and needs.

·         Be in close co-operation with the Sales function, identify trade needs/ opportunities, developing pricing and contribute to distribution strategies and trade promotions

·         Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans,

·         Ensure that the contents of concept, packaging, promotional materials, advertising promotional materials are carried out in accordance with the product and brand integrity

·         Make regular field visits

·         Manage opinion leaders relations
