QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a respected university, ideally in foreign trade, international trade, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Have knowledge of sales operation
• Reporting and analysis expertise
• Advanced levels of MS Office programs
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in sales or operations
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• The capacity for both domestic and international business trips

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Giving quotes to our customers
• Receiving orders from our customers
• Responsible for entering and updating system orders
• Following up orders and Inventory Planning permanently
• Providing details regarding the delivery to our client.
• Able to communicate directly with clients on status of orders and payments
• Guarantee and monitoring smooth sales operations procedures
• Responsible of documentation for sales operations
• Keep up with general filing procedures (both hard and soft) for export operations.
• Provide reports to management on open orders and available inventory (monthly, weekly, daily)
