For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a "Financial Controlling Assistant Specialist" to be based in YILPORT Holding Headquarter in Maslak/ İstanbul.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or closely related fields,
• New graduate or have 1 year experience, 
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must (Spanish, Portuguese as a second language is preferred),
• Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
• Strong presentation, reporting and research skills,
• A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
• Fast learner and can adapt to a dynamic environment,
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
• Good team player with strong problem solving and negotiation skills,
• Exempt or completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Internal Control Manager, Financial Controlling Assistant Specialist will be mainly responsible for supporting Internal Control activities  of YILPORT Group Companies. Additional responsibilities will be as follows:

• Being responsible for regular control of the weekly payments of all regions in compliance with agreements, preconditions, company guidelines and procedures etc.
• Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly consolidated payment reports and questioning/analyzing payment related issues deeply.
• Conducting regular and ad-hoc control activities over SAP Finance Module and MM (Material Management) Module.
• Performing employee expense document controls in the field.
• Providing data to internal control and internal audit activities.
• Supporting financial reporting and analysis activities.
• Being responsible of SAP controlling and monitoring.
• Being responsible for regular control of accounting transactions.    
• Following up of the payment of Account payables.
• Performing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by management.
• Preparing and examining monthly expense report according to cost types.
• Working with Finance team of Group Companies in close relationship.
• Supporting ad-hoc analysis and coordinating additional reporting activities if required.
• Providing all financial reporting, analysis, internal controls review processes in line with corporate policies.
• Monitoring internal controls.
