• Being a university undergraduate graduate (Preferably Chemical Engineer, Chemist, Food Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Foreign Trade etc.)
• Having 10 years of Purchasing experience
• Being able to use any ERP program like SAP, LOGO TIGER etc.
  
• Having team management experience
  
• Having budget preparation and reporting experience
  
• To be experienced in process analysis and design
  
• Good level at Outlook and Excel
  
• To know the foreign trade regulations 
  
• Having purchasing knowledge and skills
  
• To have supplier management skills
  
• Good communication skills
  
• To have the ability of analysis, reasoning and deduction
  
• To have the ability to follow up and conclude business
  
• Fluent English
• Not having a travel disability

Purchasing Activities 

• Planning and managing purchasing strategy for category and indirect purchases
• Identifying, measuring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management
• To offer solutions for purchasing process improvements, to lead the implementation of solutions 
• To ensure the approved supplier list is checked and kept up to date
  
• Establishing and maintaining good relations with suppliers
  
• Conducting new/alternative supplier researches
  
• Making new/existing supplier visits
  
• To conduct new/alternative product researches
  
• Attending overseas fairs to represent the company
  
• Optimizing existing supplier processes
  
• To conduct cost studies considering market balances
  
• To coordinate to balance demand and supply
  
• Develop correct purchasing strategies to increase competitiveness
  
• Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions on time
  
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of purchasing activities and operations
  

Import and Export Operation Activities 

• Ensuring that Import and Export Operation activities are carried out in accordance with Turkish Foreign Trade Legislations
• Managing Customs Consultancy Services
• To take over and manage the process in case of problems or troubles regarding import and export activities.
  
• Determining Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
