For our growing HR Center of Excellence, we are looking for a ' Training and Development Specialist ' to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field,
• Minimum 3 years of working experience on training and development processes
• Experience on SAP Success Factors is preferred,
• Close to learning technologies, digital learning and LMS
• Advanced level of both written&spoken English
• Excellent reporting & presentation skills
• Strong communication, problem solving, facilitation and organizational skills,
• Result and customer oriented,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Responsibilities 

• Taking role in all functions of “Training & Development” process 
• Training need analysis (conducting surveys and field study, interviews with related parties)
• Working on training & development plans
• Supporting content and training program design
• Planning, organization and execution of all internal & external trainings
• Management of online training platform 
• Measurement of training effectiveness and follow up / reporting training assessments
• Follow up training budget 
• Managing relations with suppliers
• Preparing periodical reports on trainings and projects Responsibilities
