For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘FP&A - Specialists / Sr. Specialists’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a similar field,
• 2+ years of experience in one of the Big4 companies (Audit and/or Advisory functions - project/field experience in conglomerates is a plus),
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) in both English and Turkish,
• Highly analytical and good financial acumen – able to interpret financial information with ease,
• Knowledge of Financial Modelling. Motivated individuals willing to learn the fundamentals are also taken into consideration,
• Excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills,
• Establishes trust quickly, and creates win-win situations,
• Ability to manage cross-group and cross-country boundaries,
• Team player, easygoing and able to manage good relations with different types of people,
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills,
• No restrictions for traveling.

Job Description:

Your role as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist / Senior Specialistwill comprise the following:

Financial Modelling:

• Financial modelling – forecasting Group and its’ subsidiaries prospective business plans including PL/BS/CF statements for the use of internal and external stakeholders,
• Updating, auditing and optimizing of existing financial models of the Group and its’ subsidiaries,
• Communicating with Finance departments for collecting, verifying and assembling financial inputs for the financial modelling process,
• Conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses – identification and interpretation of significant variances,
• Publishing executive reports to presenting the expected performance of Group’s assets on a solo and consolidated basis,
• Supporting the Finance departments regarding IFRS-related valuation matters (IAS 36, IFRS 16, etc.), PPAs and other matters,

Financial Analysis:

• Conducting market studies for assessing the commercial and operational factors of Group’s existing assets, 
• Supporting the decision-making process through interpretation of historical financial performance and facilitating recommendations,
• Performing KPI and benchmark analyses on Group and its subsidiaries – identifying and comparing various financial metrics of Group and its peers,
• Publishing financial analysis on a need basis with an emphasis on subsidiary performance,
• Advising and participating in cross-functional ad-hoc projects.
