We as Yıldırım Holding are looking for a ‘Financial Planning and Analysis Managerto be based in Headquarter Budget and Financial Planning Department for our growing organization. 

 

What are we looking for in Financial Planning and Analysis Managers?

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one of the following areas; Corporate Finance (Due Diligence, Valuation, M&A) and Project Finance,
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) in both English and Turkish,
  • Good financial modelling and/or analysis and report writing skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint,
  • Establishes trust quickly, and creates win-win situations,
  • Ability  to manage cross-group and cross-country boundaries,
  • Team player, easygoing and able to manage good relations with different types of people,
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills,
  • No restrictions for travelling.

  • Working closely with top management to present them the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan,
  • Work with Business Unit managers to build their short and long term forecasts,
  • Executing financial models to project long term business and determine critical points that have an impact on business,
  • Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company and sector performance,
  • Working on a different scenarios including working capital management, production cost and etc.
  • Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability,
  • Producing the consolidated long term cash flow for the holding company.
