We are looking for a ‘Financial Controlling Assistant Manager’ for  Qazaq Soda LLP to be based in Yıldırım Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) in English
• Eager to learn and believing in continuous self-improvement
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Communication and presentation skills, compliance with ethical principles
• A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability
• Manage the risks involved in the financial activities of the business
• Manage and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department
• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments
• Review financial statements for accuracy and making adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations,accounting standards and supervising month-end processes
• Assist management in continuously assessing Business performance, identifying risks and determining opportunities for improvements
• Manage local and group reporting
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual group/external financial statements are of high qualityand meet organizational needs
• Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities. Preparing and reporting periodic budget tables, monitoring budget realization
