For our growing HR Center of Excellence, we are looking for a ' Corporate Internal Trainer ' to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office

• 5+ years of training experience as an instructor,
• Bachelor's degree,
• Advanced level of both written & spoken English,
• Experience on SAP Success Factors is preferred,
• Excellent facilitation & presentation skills and having good knowledge of tools to create effective presentations,
• Great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences,
• Highly organized, innovative, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills,
• Very self-motivated and goal oriented,
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques, gamification, digital learning and LMS,
• Result and customer oriented,
• Passionate for continuous learning,
• No travel restrictions for both Turkey and abroad.

Responsibilities 

• Delivering training sessions
• Training need analysis (conducting surveys and field study, interviews with related parties)
• Designing training programs and implementing an effective training curriculum
• Developing training contents and materials
• Measurement of training effectiveness and follow up / reporting training assessments
• Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
• Preparing periodical reports on trainings and projects
• Following latest and actual developments on training process
