Talent Development Executive

We are looking for a Talent Development Executive to be part of the Human Resources team in World’s Biggest Kitchen. You will be in charge of the following tasks;

• Working with department managers and HR Business Partners to define and develop the learning and development processes,
• Supporting the training needs aligned with the company rules,
• Managing all aspects of training and including creation and supervision of ongoing training programs, and development of future training programs,
• Identifying technical and behavioral training needs to design and to implement of training programs,
• Working on development of training plans and implementing new training assessment and evaluation tools,
• Evaluating training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness,
• Applying external and internal practices to improve employees’ talent and training management approach,
• Developing learning catalogue and reporting learning activities,
• Focusing on coordinating and reporting development programs,
• Advising employees for e-learning tools to improve their competences,
• Supporting talent management agendas by designing development structures (training, coaching, mentoring etc.),
• Managing the training budget including monthly reviews and forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development activities,
• MBA is a plus,
• Passionate about Human Resources and working with people,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Result-oriented and strong planning skills,
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment,
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own,
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is plus,
• Detail oriented.
