QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing and/or related departments ,
Minimum 5-7 years of sales management experience in international marketplaces,
Experience in Digital Marketing (Digital, Social, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Retargeting),
Shopify based knowledge expert and strong technical knowledge on E-Commerce processes,
Excellent command of spoken and written English,
Good team player with strong communication skills and open-minded,
Attention to detail and high ability for data mining, bussiness analytics,
Mobile app marketing channels experience,
Experience in coordination, planning, feasibility calculation and reporting,
About the Job
Reporting and following up target realizations by securing a continuous improvement in all the associated business KPI’s,
Responsible for end to end Online CRM strategy, journeys and structure.
Developing and managing OmniChannel processes
Launching, monitoring and analyzing the output of performance marketing campaigns and to improve return on ad spend (SEM, Retargeting, Paid Social, Video, Display and App campaigns),
Follow-up of operations: product listing, list optimization, management of marketplaces campaign processes,
Tracking stocks and taking necessary precautions to prevent stock-outs.
Follow up closely the supply, shipment and delivery stages in the process,
follow-up of cancellations, returns and customer complaints and taking necessary actions,
Follow up of order flow on a daily basis concerning operational issues between our distribution centers, marketplace and 3rd party integrator systems.
