QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Sales Specialist and/or Executive" to one of the premium real estate project developer company in the construction sector.
-Bilingual in English; other additional language will be an advantage,
-Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in real estate sector and/or luxury environment,
-Strong negotiation skills and experience in a highly detailed environment,
-Excellent persuasive skills, strong at social relations and presentation skills;
-Customer oriented perspective and suitable for team work,
-Proven track record in sales and business development.
-Conducting one-to-one office and residence sales activities with customers, transferring all information about the project in accordance with sales procedures,
-Developing and maintaining strong long term relationships with current and potential customers,
-Determining the tools and channels for reaching potential customers and expanding customer database,
-Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits,
-Following up regularly with existing clients via telephone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
