Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for Project Lead to our business partner in compressor manufacturing industry.

As a Project Lead, you will work in a project team on the realization of new products or on the optimalisation of the current products. 

Responsibilities:

• In the Project Lead you give special attention to quality and manufacturability. Furthermore you help to develop the team, competence and design rules about the product ranges.
• 
  
• Review the design change requests and design of new products.
• You will be Project leader for A and B type of projects and will perform design reviews and FMEA analysis for C and D type of projects.
• You will be coordinator for the design engineers and you will help to shape the engineering processes.
• Make sure that the technical 2D and 3D drawings and functional specifications are meet during the design changes and new product development.
• Interaction with GECIA related to 2D and 3D drawings and review ECO requests.
• Investigate prototype comments and propose technical solutions during the Design review.
• Make sure that the already available standard parts are used unless the project requirements says otherwise.
• Set up a test program for components together with the technology engineer and Project engineers.
• Depending on the project will lead or participate project meetings, project organization, and schedule requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar  
• Minimum 5 years in testing or industrial experience in global company
• Fluent verbal and written English and Turkish skills
• Experience with MS Office is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Product knowledge of compressors and sheet metal parts manufacturability requirements
