Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for our business partner which is a global player in water technologies industry, located in Dilovası/Kocaeli.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will oversee the operations of facilities, maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering at the Türkiye factory.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of routings with a focus on achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• Guide the Manufacturing Engineering team in executing improvement initiatives within production.
• Take charge of local projects related to manufacturing engineering such as PPS, Control Panel, and (Scada) software.
• Provide production support by furnishing necessary fixturing, tooling, dies, and processes.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance and facilities tasks.
• Foster the development of the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance team to consistently bolster business operations.
• Drive initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving Mean-Time-To-Failure across all production equipment.
• Conduct analysis and enhancements of production processes.
• Utilize expertise in Lean Manufacturing and provide production support, with proficiency in methodologies like Lean Six Sigma (LSS), 6 Sigma, 5S/6S, and relevant certifications.
• Undertake any additional assignments or projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Facilities Engineering, etc.)
• Mininimun 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach, capable of effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling (preferably SolidWorks, AutoCad) and 2D facility layout design.
• Ability to oversee capital projects.
• Demonstrated capability in team management towards achieving common objectives.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Visio, and Autocad.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
