Project Coordinator

WYG Turkey is looking for a Project Coordinatorat its premises in Ankara. The necessary qualifications are as follows:

·         University degree from a reputable university (preferably from Social Sciences),

·         Experience in working in an internationally funded Project will be an asset (especially an EU funded Project)

·         Minimum 2 years of professional experience,

·         Previous experience as a project coordinator and/or project officer will be a strong asset,

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook),

·         Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish (written and spoken),

·         Having high level oral and written communication skills,

·         Being flexible in working hours and having no travel restrictions,

·         No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Monitoring of project assistant(s) and/or project officer,

·         Follow-up on project experts (team leader, key experts and non-key experts),

·         Coordination and follow-up of daily tasks within project,

·         Ensuring submission of outputs and reports on time,

·         Project filing and archiving,

·         Preparation of expert contracts and sub-contractor contracts,

·         Budget tracking,

·         Administering general project correspondence,

·         Close cooperation with project team as well as client institution,

·         Regular reporting to line manager.
