• GENERAL FEATURES
• Preferably university graduation in computer engineering,
• Knowledge and experience in IT (Servers, Microsoft Operating Systems, Hardware, Network Management and Network Security),
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory,
• Microsoft Operating Systems, installation and management knowledge,
• Experienced in domain structure and firewall
• Preferably have knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management),
• Preferably have knowledge of Web programming languages
• Preferably SAP business intelligence (BI) and reporting experience,
• Preferably Knowledge of SAP Modules,
• Good command of English and/or German for international cooperation and coordination,
• Ability to detect and solve problems,
• Completed Turkish military service for male candidates,
• Willingness and ability to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing users technical support on site or by remote access,
Intervention of hardware/software problems that may occur in the company,
Conducting needs analysis with business units and generating solutions,
Ensuring communication and coordination between SAP consultants and company employees,
Software installation on tablet devices, technical support and inventory follow-up,
Providing support for existing of progressing applications. Planning and realizing improvements in the most appropriate way to the installed structure,
Testing of new developed modules or reports,
Assigning user authorizations,
Analyzing and reporting of existing system processes.
