Our İzmir-based company, providing fashion solutions to leading global brands and having won two important awards in 2019, the "Innovation Organization and Culture 1st Prize" in Inovalig, organized by TİM (Turkish Exporters Assembly); and "The Green World Award" presented in Vietnam by "The Green Organization UK", continues revolutionizing its sector thanks to the breakthrough technologies it develops. In this context, we have recently established a new "R&D Center" at İTOB OSB, Menderes, in addition to our current group companies, where we will conduct game-changing innovation projects, serving not only the textile sector but any other sector, wherever we have a bright idea to implement.

Scope

• Perform structural classification and relational interpretation activities.
• Make data meaningful with the tools based on software technology.
• Create predictions about data using Machine Learning Algorithms.
• Identify alternative data sources and testing their efficiency.
• Create statistics-based data processing models and use these models in optimization of estimation processes.
• Determine the algorithms to be used(classification, based on regression) according to the problem definition
• Analyze the problem by shaping and visualizing the problem-based data collected.

Qualifications

• BAs degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
• Master’s or Doctorate level degree on Statistics or Data Analytics is a big plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of data analytics.
• Experienced on both R and Phyton languages; advanced knowledge on data visualization and multivariate statistics.
• Good command over written and spoken English.
• Knowledge on supervised and unsupervised machine learning, able to make improvements in this area with the R and Python.
• Using different algorithms such as Deep Learning, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine algorithms in R and Python development environments; Having enough knowledge to detect anomalies, classify and regression models.
• Extensive knowledge on SQL language to access MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL data sources and write advanced queries.
• Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks and projects in a timely manner.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Good presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
