What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist- Production & Material Planning join our team atDemand & Supply Tribe.

• Executing planning operations (rough cut planning/ detailed scheduling/material planning),
• Supplying motor components 
• Improving material supply system, decreasing stocks levels based on targets (WIP and warehouse stocks)
• Designing the material procurement process of new projects
• Having close communication with Purchasing, R&D, Production and Sales depts
• Tracing on-time delivery performance and making actions for higher on-time delivery
• Managing system improvement projects in Supply Chain department
• Managing cost reduction projects and tracking benefits.

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy. Hybrid working model is available.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or System Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain positions
• Conducted planning operations (rough cutting planning / detailed scheduling / material planning)
• Strong knowledge of ERP 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English 
• Following and adopting the trends and new technologies
• Outside the box thinking ability
