QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are looking for an “Export Sales Regional Manager” to join our international business team in Ataşehir /İstanbul Head Office.
  • Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or relevant,
  • Minimum 5 years of continuous trade channel development and sales management experience in the HVAC, Pumping, Valve, Mechanical Installation Products or Pipes industry,
  • Proven sales achievement / track record in Export sales,
  • Wide knowledge in exportation, customs and shipping standards and processes,
  • Excellent command of written & oral English,
  • Good command of Chinese, Russian, German, French, as a second language is an asset,
  • Results-driven,
  • Teamwork skills, being hardworking and solution-oriented way of thinking,
  • Good inter-personal relations, strong communication skills for building relationships,
  • Excellent analyzing, reporting and presentation skills,
  • Strong skills in keeping track of work and high ability to conclude the work on time,
  • Knowing negotiation tactics,
  • Understanding and articulating basic business finance terms and the necessity for financial control,
  • Good MS Office applications skills,
  • Living in Anatolian side of Istanbul,
  • Having no obstacles to travel abroad frequently,
  • Having a class B driving license and being an active driver,
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Drives the organization to reach a profitable business development growth by establishing strong strategic partnerships with Key accounts (Distributors, Partners or / and End Customers),
  • Manages customer portfolio in the assigned region and territories, focuses on growing and developing existing clients and maps potential ones, together with generating leads for new business for B2B and B2C networks, 
  • Meets regional sales and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales plan; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions,
  • Builds and implements key account plans (business potential, contact lists, competition, value proposition and action plan),
  • Leads complex contract negotiations for B2B Key accounts, 
  • Follows up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with planning, production and dispatching departments,
  • Provides data to support weekly and monthly product forecasting process,
  • Sustains an efficient communication by carrying out periodical visits to the customers in the region, organizes factory visits and introductory trainings for prospects and clients,
  • Identifies and involves in customer development activities such as trade show, fairs and exhibitions, conferences, trainings and enlarge customer portfolio by taking active role to find out new customers,
  • Transforms regional trade marketing and servicing strategies into implementation on the local distribution networks such as visibility, campaigns and promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating spending,
  • Supports technical service network development in collaboration with Service Management,
  • Prepares pricing and sales reports, business plans and reports for all current and potential business and reports status updates periodically,
  • Prepares market research based on different sales channels (modern & traditional trade) and sectoral status & trend analysis and reports,
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
