W Istanbul is looking for Whatever/Whenever Agent (Telephone Operator)!

The ideal candidate will have a drive to sell, consistently positive and patient attitude and be able to handle multiple situations at one time and will also have excellent communication skills.
Our talent execute our exclusive Whatever/Whenever experience.Perfect spoken and written English and Turkish.


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
  • 5* hotel experience is preferrable
  • Flexibility to work in morning, evening and night shifts
  • Microsoft office programs knowledge
  • OPERA knowledge is preferrable



İŞ TANIMI


Whatever/Whenever Agent;

  • Answers and directs all external incoming telephone calls following W’s telephone etiquette. 
  • Answers all internally generated guest and delivery-related talent calls. Dispatches delivery, Risk management, Banquets, Engineering, Style and others to the Whatever/Whenever Agents and logs defects intoStarguest Response (SGR).
  • Takes In Room Dining orders from guests over the telephone. Enters orders into MICROS. Communicates special instructions to the kitchen and expediters. Up-sells In Room Dining orders and communicates specials. Charges In Room Dining orders to the guest room.
  • Monitors SGR on a daily basis to acquire all available information about arriving and in house guests. Review guest expectations to ensure correct problem resolution based on past experiences. 
  • Places call back to guest to ensure complete service satisfaction and to offer additional assistance after every completed delivery.
  • Handles WHO (VIP) treatment program and repeat guest program including amenities and profile information, execution of amenities and special guest requests
