• Bachelor’s Degree in Optical Sciences and Engineering, or related field
•  Minimum 1-2 years directly related experience in optical design and analysis
•  Experience with technical projects from start to finish
•  Experience with optical metrology equipment such as aberrometers, interferometers etc.
•  Proficiency with industry standard optical engineering tools: Zemax, Code
•  Strong data analysis capability, including experience using MATLAB, Python or comparable
•  Knowledge gathering and sharing on related industry regulations, scientific development,   competitor’s R&D actions.
•  Familiar with medical device regulations.
•  Skilled in the preparation of technical reports and analysis assessments.
•  Excellent command of written and spoken English.
•  Strong presentation skills,

• Good communicational and teamwork skills.
• Design and development of optical devices and supporting the R&D projects by;
  
•  Conducting detailed simulations and designs of optical elements
•  Evaluating novel metrology instruments and lead addition of new capabilities and technologies
•  Performing optical measurements in cleanroom conditions.
•  Conducting laboratory analysis evaluations and technical reports and assessments.
