VSY Biotechnology is a progressive and innovative company that focuses on customer satisfaction by creating superior state of the art ophthalmology, orthopedics and dermatology products designed and manufactured to greatly enhance and improve the quality of life of the patients around the globe.  We are looking for Global Marketing Specialist, who is willing to work in Tuzla / Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing;
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs;
• Ability to interpret marketing data and strong analytical skills;
• Strong planning and organization skills;
• Motivated in Following the developments marketing;
• Strong human relations and communication skills;
• Open-minded personality with sensitivity for people and different cultures;
• Team player, energetic, take initiative;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving objectives in current and new projects according to the marketing strategies;
• Planning and implementing promotional and digital marketing activities;
• Revising feedbacks by making analyses;
• Increasing the brand value of the company;
  
• Leading congresses, campaigns and other events;
  
• Assisting management of yearly consolidated global marketing budget;
  
• Tracking the ROI of marketing spendings;
  
• Adapting and developing communication campaigns and materials;
  
• Communicating with 3rd party marketing / digital agencies , support brands’ digital communication;
  
• Gatekeeping brand integrity in all marketing activities in target markets;
  
• Gathering all up-to-date brand content from target markets  and communicating the global marketingstrategies  (e.g. strategy and guidelines, toolkits, designs, communication materials) with marketing teamin target markets;
  
• Ensuring delivery of marketing promotions and materials;
  
• Preparing necessary reports, presentations of marketing team;
  
• Contributing to target markets business plans through developing/adapting marketing plans to with the guidance of insight and brand strategy from strategic marketing and feedbacks from market development;
  
• Analyzing the market and consumer insights globally.
