QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tracking, analysis and visualization of Technology Business Drivers like NPS, Churn, Complaints and related KQIs (key quality indicators).
  • Tracking, analysis and visualization of Technology growth and usage figures (like app based usage, 4G / WTTX penetration, etc).
  • Creating a link/correlation between the Technology Business Metrics and KQIs, and enabling these KQIs to be measured from different data sources like counters, signalling data from probes, crowdsource, CDR-XDRs, etc.
  • To discover the crucial information hidden in bigdata, use statistics and machine learning and support data-driven decisions by using data mining or query techniques and prediction methods,
  • Driving related stakeholders and Technology teams based on the insights and analyses delivered, to make sure that necessary actions are takento improve E2E Customer Experience & Journeys.
  • Automation of routine job activities where possible.
  • Also looking for opportunities to Automatically feed data and information to Operational or Business platforms to enable digitalization.


QUALIFICATIONS

  •  BSc/MSc in Electronics & Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or related engineering departments,
  • Experience in Telecommunication sector
  • Customer obsessed
  • Experience in bigdata technologies - Bigdata, Apache Spark, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, Python, SQL,
  • Very strong analytical skills,
  • Service orientated approach and able to satisfy the often competing demands of the internal and external customers,
  • Very good command of English,
  • Experience at data visualization and storytelling for an audience of stakeholders
  • Good collaborative skills

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
