Your contribution to the team includes;

Process Development Engineer is responsible for design and development processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability, improve process capability, and improve employee safety.

Purpose of this role, plan and implement Solar project processes for the product. Design and/or purchase Solar’s machines/equipment. (custom-made machines)

Other critical parts of your roles are;

• Prepare technical specification files of machines/equipment in line with Viessmann requirements.

• Contact and visit the machine/equipment manufacturers during the project stage,

• Utilize Viessmann project management tool for manufacturing engineering activities during project stage,

• Manage changes as change owner for flawless implementation of process changes in line with Viessmann procedures,

• Follow new technologies and apply them into the production line within investment approval limits,

• Prepare process documentation (Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Process Control Plan..)

• Support activities for customer visits, certification audits, internal audits etc.

What you’ll need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably is mechanical engineering) 

• 3-4 years experience in related function

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

• Excellence in communication

• Collaborative, proactive

• Experience in PFMEA, Process Flow Diagram is preferred

• A flexible approach with the ability and willingness to travel (domestic/abroad)
