We are looking for a "Payments Specialist" to join our team in Istanbul.

About the role

• Record, analyse and monitor payment transactions, identifying potential issues and discrepancies.
• Closely work with payment service providers to ensure the reliability and security of our services.
• Evaluate and improve payment processing workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in the implementation of fraud prevention measures and security protocols.
• Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategy.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends related to payment services.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• FX knowledge is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

This position may necessitate flexibility in adapting work hours to align with the host country's schedule and market demands. Our current shifts are structured as 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Employees are permitted to work remotely for the 6:00 AM shift.
