Export Customer Representative (Russian)

We are looking for ‘Export Customer Representative’ who is interested in being a part of change.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
• Min. 3 years of experience in export or customer management,
• Excellent command of written and spoken Russian and English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities,
• Well organized and good at time management and reporting skills,
• No obstacles to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaboration with relevant departments regarding customer requests and orders,
• Receiving the orders sent by the customers and entering into the ERP system completely and accurately on time,
• Process customer orders and monitor customer accounts,
• Informing customers about the lead times,
• Informing relevant departments about the customer needs,
• Following, reporting and developing order processes in coordination with relevant departments,
• Analyzing and reporting target markets, engage potential customers, taking role in sales growth,
• Creating new sales channels in line with company strategies and principles in target markets,
• Preparing commercial documents related to the foreign trade activities and sharing with customers,
• Providing sales support in all necessary cases and ensuring the coordination in customer management processes.
