Controlling Specialist (temporary)

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Mathematical Engineering;
• Experience of min. 3 years in controlling, financial reporting or financial audit departments;
• Fluency in English (German is an asset);
• Advanced level in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Power Pivot); 
• SAP FI/CO/BW knowledge is an asset;
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Strong coordination and communication skills;
• Temporary (one year) contract
• Flexible and a good team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting Controlling projects (Product profitability, Lean OPEX); 
• Taking active role in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate, comparable and reliable financial figures; 
• Provide information to external auditors for the annual audit; 
• Supporting local budget and forecasting processes with attentive to deadlines while colloboration with other departments and to ensure data quality and the methodology used follows the Vaillant Group guidelines;
• Supporting the annual 5 year business plan process in order to set mid and long term objectives of the region Turkey;
• Provide detailed financial analysis and transparency for decision making processes with preperation and supporting of management reports and presentations (p.g. monthly regional review, monthly close meetings, market comments, quarterly business reviews, board meetings, after-sales market report, feasibility and sensitivity analysis, scenario and ad-hoc analysis); 
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of the key business and financial drivers, expenditures and costs, figure out the deviations and the reasons with explanations and commentary;
