FINANCIAL AFFAIRS (BUDGET & ACCOUNTING & CONTROLLING) MANAGER

We are looking for a management team member for our holding company who is leader in it’s sector.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Graduated from respectful universities Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance or similar disciplines

• Minimum 10 years experience (minimum 5 years at management level) in Financial Controlling & Budget & Accounting & Treasury & Reporting is a must

• ERP implementation experience is a MUST (implementation, entegration, re-design)

• Very well understanding of Turkish GAAP, IFRS, Tax, Commercial Code, Capital Market legislation and other similar legislations

• Experienced in budget design & structure combining to both Turkish GAAP & Company organizational requrements, being able to establish budget structure

• Experienced in accounting code design combining to both Turkish GAAP & Company organizational requrements, being able to establish it in ERP, together with entegration requirements

• Experienced in Management reporting

• Strong at IFRS & Turkish GAAP

• Experienced at big 4 companies

• Experienced at data mining

• Very well at MS Office,  

• Experienced at multinational companies,

• Has CPA

• Understanding e-invoice, e-booking, e-archive

• Preferably has Dip IFR

ROLE DESCRIPTION;

• Management of financial controlling of all accounting processes & treasury & budget & all operational departments from the business line controlling point of view

• Management of all accounting processes inline with all related legislations (tax code, commercial code, capital market code … etc)

• Management of all related reporting activities

• Establishment & entegration & re-design of ERP system (SAP or Oracle experience is a must)

• Designing related work flows

• Designing & controlling & reporting of all budget activities (from the annual planning stage to the year end actual budget; preparation & reporting & controlling & revision & coordination with budget owner departments)

• Designing & controlling & reporting of all accounting activities (all complex accounting processes e.g.; tax related issues, capital related issues, consolidation related issues, all invoicing process design, all inventory & stock related processes, valuation, depreciation, year end closing processes)

• Very good at balance sheet & income statement & similar financial tables

• Very good at financial analysis (company based & consolidated)

• Very good at consolidation

• Very good at relation management of banking & external auditor companies

• Actively controlling on accounting, treasury, stock, inventory, procurement, all other core business activities

• Short & Mid & long term projections
