To strengthen our Neurology Team, we are looking to fill the position of Omni Channel Product Manager.

About the Role

• A clear, well designed tactical plan within approved indications in accordance with strategy to deliver optimal patient value and thereby achieve UCB's financial and non-financial objectives.
• Highly rated and impactful material and programs.
• Tailored content creation per Healthcare Partner needs.
• Evidence to support that HCPs are able to match right UCB product to the right patients.
• Strong, purposeful relationships with national and regional KOLs.

Your Responsibility

• To develop materials designed to help HCPs match the right UCB product or solution to the right patient in different channels and measures performance in a closed loop marketing environment.
• Analyse market data to derive insights that drive our strategic plans and help manage the OPEX budget associated with  program development and execution.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders and advisors to identify opportunities for UCB to further contribute to the creation of patient value. And take proactive steps to ensure that patients who receive a UCB product have the best possible experience.
• Ensures UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards and engage internal stakeholders towards new ways of working with focus on communication and cross functional collaboration.

About You

You should have:

• A marketing or science related Bachelor's degree or the equivalent is preferred
• Solid experience in a Marketing role in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Ideally have worked in the Neurology field
• And experience n multi-channel marketing is preferred
