GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Trenkwalder Türkiye, we are looking for a Quality and Training Specialist to work in our German and English operations.

General Qualifications:

• An experience of at least 1 year as a Quality Specialist in the call center sector,
• Fluent in written and spoken German at native level,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Goal-oriented, with a vision to develop himself/herself and his/her team,
• Keeping the motivation and energy of the team at a high level,
• Analytical perspective and fast problem-solving skills,
• Self-confident, energetic, friendly and highly motivated,
• A good knowledge of MS Office programs, advanced reporting skills,
• Residing in Istanbul,
• For male candidates: to have completed or postponed military service.
  
  

Job Description:

• To make call and email evaluations to measure the service quality of the operations for which he/she is responsible within the organization, to ensure the operability of the process within the operation and to carry out the necessary work related to the management of the quality system together with the department manager,
• Listening to and evaluating of call center metrics and keeping records,
• Realizing feedbacks according to evaluation results,
• Recommending actions based on the listening data,
• To make monthly call calibrations with the operations manager,
• Sharing management reports with executives.
