Technical Project Specialist

TÜV Rheinland Türkiye

• University degree, preferably Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Metallurgy and Material Engineering,
• Preferably minimum 2 year experience especially in customer services of product testing laboratories in Testing, Inspection, Certification sector
• Advanced level in English,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Strong organization and planning skills,
• Excellent MS Office applications knowledge,
• Proactive team player, Dynamic and enthusiastic,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• This position is responsible for processing of orders, from receiving the order confirmation until sending the test report. He/She is also the contact person of the client for pre-evaluation projects, cost and duration,
• Evaluate chemical and physical tests on various products to various international and client standards.
• Schedules, coordinates and accomplishes projects.
• Prepares tests reports,
• The complete documentation and traceability of the services as rendered within the scope of orders, for confidentiality within the scope of orders and test results,
• Handles customer requests, complaints,
