QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Astaldi - Türkerler Joint Venture, we are currently looking for “Accounting and Administrative Affairs Chief” who possesses the following qualifications to recruit for Ankara - Etlik Integrated Health Campus Project undertaken by us;

  • Graduated from Business Administration, Economics or Finance Departments of Universities or relevant departments,
  •  Good communication skills 
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking,
  • Good command of MS Office Applications, 
  • At least 5 years experience in accounting, tax and reporting especially in Construction Companies, 
  • Hands-on experience in preparation of tax declarations, communication with tax office, 
  • Strong knowledge of local tax regulation and Turkish GAAP,
  • Sound knowledge of management reporting,
  •  Knowledge tax practices,
  • Experience in a large scale international Project will be an asset, 
  • IFRS knowledge will be an asset. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION : 

  •  Preparing routine declarations such as VAT, corporate income tax, reimbursements, stamp duties etc.
  •  Accounting, bookkeeping activities, accounting transactions and cash flow statements 
  • Ensuring that accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies, 
  • Controlling the bank reconciliations and ensure that all reconciling items are cleared on a timely basis in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies 
  • Maintaining Company’s chart of accounts & general ledger to ensure all transactions are properly recorded, 
  • Ensuring accounting and financial legislation are followed-up and implemented, 
  • Preparing Payrolls and SGK Declerations, 
  • Preparing weekly payment plan and bank orders, 
  • Preparation and follow-up of the budget, 
  • Communication with public institutions, 
  • Communication with banks, 
  • Supporting auditing process.
