QUALIFICATIONS 

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering (preferably Master),
• Professional experience of at least 3 years (preferably in Quality department),
• In-depth knowledge of software (SAP BW, MS-Office),
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt,
• Good English skills, additional languages of advantage .

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analysis, prioritization and provision of quality relevant data and reports: On a group-wide level, quality relevant information from various sectors is grouped, summarized, made available and prioritized on the basis of the impact on warranty costs and customer relevance (product and service monitoring process). 
•  Coordination of Quality improvements: After the definition of the measures, the implementation status is audited using the Quality Review. For error analyzes and product improvements the exchange with the reclaimed goods, the production and the development areas as well as the worldwide markets are searched. 
• Support for planning and tracking of costs: On the basis of the reported field activities and the knowledge about the quality improvements, the budget and the forecast for the warranty costs are planned along with the development area (new products) and the markets.
• Service Reviews / Coordination: Through international service reviews deviations are identified in the quality-relevant processes and subsequently reduced by the coordination with the markets (including management of cross-functional project teams).
• Support / Training: Professional / content support of employees of their own department as well as employees of other areas when using quality-relevant informations. 
  
• Care for an accurate repair code system / material references -Adress wrong bookings and initiate improvement actions to service side, so that tracking of appliance performances is guaranteed.
