JOB DESCRIPTION

-Overall organizational management of the order during the assembly phases in the workshop and in the factory (construction site, up to the subsequent commissioning phase).

- Timely updating of all company figures involved in the project.

- Interfacing with the client or contact person for site management issues.

- Compliance with contractual deadlines, specifying any additional labor or equipment requirements to complete the work session to the required quality.

- Supervision and technical support during plant assembly activities, both in workshops and on construction sites.

- Performing minor manual activities that may be necessary during the assembly phases with the help of portable equipment.

-Verification of the provisions of applicable quality control plans.

- Verify care in assembly and work organization, including all aspects of Quality and Safety.

- Responding to requests from TURBODEN contractors and subcontractors operating at the company headquarters and branches (listed on the construction sites where compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation is the responsibility).

- Timely notification to the PM and manager of the order of any repeated non-compliance with the established company standards in terms of quality, health, safety, and respect for the environment, so that it is possible to assess the need for illegal appeals.

- To cooperate with the client in the preparation of any intervention necessary to ensure an adequate level of safety of the workers on the construction sites, reporting any deficiencies to the reference PM if necessary.

-Preparing technical reports to control and record the progress of the works.

- Reporting of product, process, improvement ideas, EH&S nonconformities.

- Review of details generated from the field for reporting to design.

- Analysis and support for the improvement of production and assembly processes, e.g., component preparation, assembly ergonomics, handling, etc.

- Preparation of opinions on suppliers / contractors working on the order.

- Execution of activities within the deadlines planned by the PWA system, ensuring timely weekly planning.

- Reporting the nonconformities / complaints that he/she becomes aware of and managing the corrective, preventive and remedial actions for the assigned nonconformities / complaints. Conducting root cause analysis together with the regional manager in case of nonconformity.

- Conducting activities such as acceleration activities, commissioning activities, warehouse support.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent knowledge of plant engineering fundamentals,

- Excellent technical drawing knowledge and ability to read system schematics,

- Good knowledge of quality standards,

- Good knowledge of the general principles of non-destructive testing and related documentation,

- Good knowledge of general welding principles and welding documentation,

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,

- Excellent ability to plan and organize work,

- Excellent ability to organize resources,

- Good risk minimization capacity,

- Good ability to identify the existence of problems by analyzing their causes.
