Join and be a part of our Transport Team in Turkey as a Transport Planning Representative 

You will support our transportation planning, make the operation profitable and offer our guests the best possible organized transfer service. In all cases, you will put our guests at the center of our business and create smiles on their faces by providing them with unforgettable holiday experiences. 

This is a locally employed position. Before applying, you must have the right to live and work in Turkey.

ABOUT OUR OFFER? 

• Salary starts from 273,300 TL net/year.
• 45 working hours per week.
• 1.5 days off per week.
• The contract starts in March 2024 and ends on 31/10/24.
• We pay you for all training days you complete, as well as free access to the TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy and language lessons.???

ABOUT YOU 

• Is it a person with experience in tourism and transportation operations? 
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on forward planning. ?? 
• MS Office and advanced computer skills? 
• A person who never stops looking forward, looking for new ways to delight customers and grow his business? 
• Are they a culturally intelligent individual who enjoys working in an international environment? 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Turkish. Any additional languages ??are advantageous 

ABOUT BUSINESS 

• Play a supporting role in daily shipping operations. 
• Together and as part of the TUI Musement team, you will assist bus drivers in planning their tasks and ensure the availability of buses. 
• Support for resolving any incidents that may arise from unforeseen circumstances and significantly affect transfer planning (e.g. flight delays, bus breakdown). 
• Ensure efficiency and profitability in transfer planning without losing focus on the excellent guest experience throughout their journey with us.?? 
• Ensure availability of vehicles according to daily planning and reserve appropriately. When necessary, you will request service support from the companies we cooperate with.
