Your role

• Following up Import- Export operations of goods from the beginning to end
• Organization of customs, transportation and paperwork in export & import transactions
• Implementation and follow-up of export & import incentive practices
• Organizing all relevant parties’ operation for supply chain steps
• Follow import custom clearance documentation by cooperating with relevant parties
• Keeping records of import and export data to ERP
• Periodic reporting of export operations
• Controlling of various expense and cost related to import
• Communications with the internal and external customers and suppliers
• Sending out original shipment documents to related countries

Your profile

• University degree (4 years) Minimum 5 years’ experience at Import- Export operation
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, German knowledge will be plus
• Advanced level MS office knowledge ERP / SAP knowledge is required
• Advanced planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge about basic incoterms
• Analytical thinking, solution oriented, patient and self-confident abilities
• Teamwork oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
• Able to drive active and no obligation to travel ( B drivers License required )
