QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TRIGO was founded in 1997 to offer quality support and conformity assessment services. TRIGO has become a globally renowned company, serving the automotive, aerospace, railway and other heavy transportation industries with more than 10000 employees throughout Europe, North Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

We are looking for a smart thinking, innovative young professional who would join our dynamic team based in Istanbul Head Quarter.

He / she will work as the “Finance Specialist” will be involved in the execution of below tasks:

  • Preparing monthly reports and dashboard in accordance with IFRS
  • Composing long and short-term budgeting and forecasting
  • Performing detailed budget variance and bridge analysis vs Act/Forecast/Previous year with explanation and commentary
  • Managing and carryout invoicing operations
  • Working closely with the operation, sales & marketing and HR teams, proactively supporting considering the company level strategies and targets
  • Supporting management’s decision taking process with ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Preparing and reporting detailed operating and financial performance reports in site basis
  • Participation to specific projects as requested by Country Manager and Country CFO
  • Managing and leading Finance Juniors


Skills and experience;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field;
  • Max. 3 years of experience preferably in financial reporting and planning areas
  • Previous experience in one of the leading audit firms would be an asset
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • High sense of responsibility, urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
  • Able to work within a dynamic environment
  • Command of written and spoken English (French would be preferable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Adding value to our organization
  • Ability to work in a team
