Travelbuild is an innovation-based technology and tourism company which has foreseen various problems in the tourism technology sector travel industry and has seen its needs. Combining all of the needs of tour operators and agencies under one roof, it aims to develop a highly marketable tourism distribution system. 


As a methodology, we put Agile in the center of our development and product management process to respond to customer and market demands, swiftly. We are looking for a “Back-End Developer” as a part of our multi-functional Scrum teams. We are expecting you to be a good team player, detail and customer-oriented to deliver features and products at high quality. You can adopt our continuous improvement philosophy by being in our agile teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred)  
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must; a second language French is preferred
  • 5 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • 3+ years experience working with technology companies with a preference for experience in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Solid communication, interpersonal and organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Assertive, high energy, independent, results-oriented and a strong drive to success
  • Strong knowledge on Labor Law, Social Security and Payroll regulations is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Quality Systems is preferred
  • Able to travel locally and internationally
  • No military obligation for male candidates


Job Description

  • Provides counsel, support, planning and problem solving to managers and employees on human resources issues
  • Drives strategic Talent Acquisition and employer branding programs
  • Designs and  delivers learning & development programs
  • Taking an active role in talent management and succession processes
  • Delivers organizational effectiveness activities across the business to improve people performance
  • Maintaining compensation-related data management systems, surveys and coordinating the implementation of compensation programs 
  • Develops policy and procedure execution
