Travelbuild is an innovation-based technology and tourism company which has foreseen various problems in the tourism technology sector travel industry and has seen its needs. Combining all of the needs of tour operators and agencies under one roof, it aims to develop a highly marketable tourism distribution system.

We are looking for a “Scrum Master” as a part of our multi-functional Scrum teams. We are expecting you to be a good team player, detail and customer-oriented to deliver features and products at high quality. You can adopt our continuous improvement philosophy by being in our agile teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Software Engineering or related discipline
• Excellent command of English and/or French
• At least 5 years of  experience as a Scrum Master
• Previous experience being in a technical software development role is a plus
• Preferably Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Knowledge of Scrum and other Agile development techniques
• Comfort with ticketing tools such as JIRA
• Experience with  PHP projects
• Eager to learn and apply new technologies, tools, systems
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Innovative, open minded and proactive
• Enthusiastic team-player as well as a self-starter
• Able to travel locally and internationally
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Emphasize code quality through small, focused user stories; assist teams with a hands-on servant leader approach from inception to delivery of our work
• Ability to utilize agile methods in a flexible manner that often includes project management, adapting to the specific needs of the organization
• Create metrics to provide teams and the organization with relevant feedback
