QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical Support and Warranty Engineer:

Duties and Responsibilities:

·                Develop and deliver digital and classroom technical training via webinars, recorded videos,  etc. in accordance with the needs of the service technicians and the training plan,

·                Prepare training material and documents for the technicians,

·                Prepare an annual training budget,

·                Build and maintain a program to train and certify both internal and external technicians,

·                Support the field technicans for field problems online when necessary,

·                Communicate with the related persons in the OEM company for the technical support of the unsolved problems when necessary,

·                Travel to customers/companies throughout Turkey in order to analyze and solve the problems,

·                Participate in technical traning courses and seminars  in OEM Company Training Center,

·                Keep training documentation updated,

·                Work closely with other departments for training needs and warranty issues,

·                Prepare a detailed training report on quarterly basis,

·                Prepare and submit the warranty claims to the OEM company,

·                Analyze the claim reports and prepare an executive compresensive claim report on quarterly basis,

 

Competencies & Skills:

·                Must be Turkish Nationality,

·                Must hold an electronic engineering degree,

·                Must be fluent Turkish & English in speaking, writing, reading and understanding,

·                Previous training experience within an OEM Training Centre and also in mentoring, coaching,  and training technicians through practical hand-on workshops and seminars,

·                2 - 4 years of experience in a technical problem solving and technical training environment,

·                Hands-on practical training  experience in troubleshooting,

·                Strong diagnostic experience is preferred,

·                Experience on forklifts and warehouse equipment is a plus,

·                Very good communicator and presenter,

·                Conceptual thinker, proactive and team player,

·                Agility and Openness,

·                High level of IT skills,

·                Strong organization skills with attention to detail,

·                Take the initiative, use independent judgement, and collaborate with other departments,

·                Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point,

·                No restrictions to travel nationaly and internationally,

·                Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
Class B
